Can The Sims 4 Stop Automatically Download DLC?

Hey EA, this is very frustrating. When I install only the base game and specific packs, that means I ONLY want to have those packs on my computer! Can the game stop triggering download on all of my DLC whenever I launch it?

Yes, I have disabled auto updates on Origin.

@JakeHuyHieu It might work to uninstall everything and then reinstall. You should be prompted which packs you want to install if you do that.

Hopefully that makes your choice permanent.
