Can Sims 4 play on my computer? Unable to open the Sims 4 Demo...

I normally use a Mac, but since Sims 4 is only available on PC I'm having to use our families older Dell Inspiron I6400. I downloaded the demo but when I tried to play it gave me this error message:

"Can't run the Sims 4 with the video card in this system."

Can someone please help me find a solution to be able to play the Sims 4? If I need to upgrade something on my computer could you please post a link with what I should get?

Could you post your entire DxDiag. That's only part of it.

The CPU looks too low in specs though.
