Can I reinstall my sims 3 if I don't know which email I've used???

★★★ Newbie

My sibling and I had The sims 3 and a lot of the packs from CD's, on our old computer, that we've since replaced.

Unfortunately, NONE of us knows if and what email was used with it, and I've tried like 6 different ones on The Sims 3 Store site, (with no success).

The thing is, when I tried to redeem product code on my origin, it said that the code has been registered...

Anyway of getting the game somehow without repaying for it?

@TheKingRS19  No, there's no way to get another copy of the game without buying it again.  However, you might try contacting EA customer support—someone there may be able to help you figure out what email you'd have used.  Take photoes, one for each pack, showing the disc itself, its case, and its product code; you can upload these when you submit the help request.
