1. Close the game
2. Right-Click on the game in Origin
3. Hit Repair game.

@scherbs1  Try clearing Origin's cache and restarting your computer before repairing.

Hello! 

Since I opened my game yesterday all of my pack items have shown up in red and white with question marks. I installed a new pack too, and it does not have the same problem as every other one. I've tried repairing the game but the problem still occurs, and I have no cc or mods at all.

@fannylawiise  Did you try repairing the game in Origin?  Open your game library, right-click on the Sims 4 icon, and select Repair.  If that doesn't help, clear Origin's cache and try again.

@sgvelox79 I've been going through the same thing for 2 weeks now and nothing's changed either. They keep on telling us to repair the game; I've done it a thousand times and nothing changes. I guess we have to just wait for another patch to fix this bug and all the other ones too smh ridiculous 😤

@queenmakeda1 Are you using any mods/cc in your game and did you try all the other suggestions on the first post ?

So I've tried to repair it and it's crashed my computer. I've deleted everything (not everything but what is suggested to get back to a factory setting) and I am still getting hung up on the last two items to be repaired. Currently, it is Seasons and Tiny Living. 

And no, I've never had mods or cc.
