Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. I downloaded an update last Tuesday.
After the last update (which I did this week) I had 2 issues:
1. In build mode- when I want to select "roof pattern" I can not. When I click on "roof pattern" it says to me - "no result found". In addition, there are houses where the roof has disappeared.
2. In built sim mode- I have a number of additional problems, for males it is not possible to choose eye shape type, nose shape type, cheek type, head shape type, chin type. This is because there is no choice at all.
A similar problem for female design - there are fewer choices of nose shape, mouth shape and eyes. And choices for chin shape, cheek shape and head shape do not exist at all.
I have attached a PDF file where you can see the problems I mentioned.
I don't work or have any association with EA. I give advice to the best of my knowledge and cannot be held responsible for any damage done to your computer/game.
Please only contact me via PM when asked to do so.
@scherbs1 Try clearing Origin's cache and restarting your computer before repairing.
Since I opened my game yesterday all of my pack items have shown up in red and white with question marks. I installed a new pack too, and it does not have the same problem as every other one. I've tried repairing the game but the problem still occurs, and I have no cc or mods at all.
@fannylawiise Did you try repairing the game in Origin? Open your game library, right-click on the Sims 4 icon, and select Repair. If that doesn't help, clear Origin's cache and try again.
