why has my base game worlds disapeared

@DrammaLammaKendy  Try repairing the game in Origin: open your game library, right-click on the Sims 4 icon, and select Repair.

If that doesn't help, clear Origin's cache (Windows) or run the Origin reset tool (macOS), restart your computer, and try to repair again.

when I downloaded few EXP packs and games  I got broken images  .  

I cant see the skin of my sim properly   and I have few Broken logos

wish to know how can I fix it  ? 

I updated my sims 4 version  already

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? sims 4 premium pack, holiday celebration pack, vintage glamour pack, romantic garden pack, spooky stuff, luxury party pack, university, island living, get famous, seasons, cats and dogs, city living, out door retreat, real of magic, strangeville , jungle adventure, parenthood, vampires, get together, get to work.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? my characters all seem to be underground and not visible.
What happens when the bug occurs? after an update on sims 4
What do you expect to see? i cant interact with or see any off my characters.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No

unable to take pictures or videos at this time, my characters have disappeared off the screen although the game indicates they are still there, this happened after an update on sims 4 with origin .

@Bikermike182 Start by repairing the game through Origin.
1. Close the game
2. Right-Click on the game in Origin
3. Hit Repair game.
