A lot bug in cottage living /i cant play atm plz help

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? sims4 /the sims 4 cottage living /season/snowly escape/vintage/vampire/dust/laudry/knitt
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? just try it
What happens when the bug occurs? After i install the sims 4 cottage living all icon which is new in cottage living are cant read , is enable to play if i dont know what im doing.. cant read anything at all /// No mod nothing i deleted all mod i was have and try restart or fix by origin mutiple time
What do you expect to see? all taxt
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Click on anything that have new options with the new Cottage Living pack.
What happens when the bug occurs? If there is a new option with the new Cottage Living pack there is only a white square and no description. In creation mode, build mode and while playing
What do you expect to see? The description of the option, trait, lifetime goal, etc.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.

Please describe the patch or change you made. Bought the new Cottage Living pack.

When I click on an item like a fridge for example. I am able to see all of the normal options like serve a meal, cook, open, but I am unable to see the new options that come with the new Cottage Living pack. I can only see a white square, I am still able to click on it, but I have no idea what it does until my sim does that task.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Just play new EP11 city
What happens when the bug occurs? All menus on farm animal plats from new expansion ep11 is blanc as help list tips in game neither. Can't play feed or know what menu is for. This happens since Previous pack decorator career can't be played, neither read nothing on it.
What do you expect to see? The menu text for action to click

In case, it can help others.
My game is in protected mode. Origin language in Spanish. Game Language English. Command line -w

I have tried to change everything to English from Origin.com, country store UK language EN, but it did not work.

Change everything to Spanish. It was not updated.

Uninstall Origin and reinstall. This always solves problems for me.
Spain is installed by default, it doesn't let you choose.

Remove protected mode from configuration.

Again, try switching from the game, UK localization store and English game. Nothing.
Again, everything to Spanish. He started updating everything !!!

When I finish the downloads pretty fast, I switch back to my old initial form.
I enter the city of EP11
The menus of the animals and plants are back.

My Sims 4 game is missing information for expansion packs and new content. It will not show the name of items or interactions they're just left blank making it very difficult to play the game.
