Hi Crin, thanks for your kind help. I was able to solve the problem for paranormal stuff pack.

For the cc problem, I don't think it's because of the creator. I used the cc(s) in an old laptop, they worked just fine. But I was playing the English version back then. I guess it's not working now because of something related to the Chinese strings. I translated some cc myself following the instructions online, still not showing names and descriptions in game. Annoyed!

Sims Paranormal not working properly. The game I am trying to play is in Russian and all the information is missing. All the names and the details. As an example, the bubbles above and below the crystal ball are empty
