Yes I have, I don't think that's the issue as it won't even let me enable mods/CC.

Hello, I just got a laptop and downloaded The Sims 4. I was able to launch it, but there is a pop-up that says "Unrecognized Video Card." I have an Intel UHD Card, and due to another thread saying to look in the config did, I did so, and it says it has found 0 but supports 1. My game runs fine, the only issue is every time I launch it, my settings are completely reset to high graphics and it unchecks script mods. I don't know what to do besides repair my game, which I did with no effect.

@K_Kenzie989 I've merged your post with the master thread for this issue, which is that something is blocking changes to the Sims 4 user folder or certain files inside it. You should only see the "unrecognized video card" message once, your in-game options shouldn't be reset after you change them, and the box for script mods should stay checked; the fact that you're not seeing this is an indication that changes to the options.ini file aren't being saved.

im trying to do mods and it tells me to enable script mods and then restart the game. When i do that, the option doesn't stay enabled. I tried a solution i found in another thread, which was to delete "options.ini" but it wont let me do that. It just tells me there was some sort of error? anyways any help would be well appreciated.

@BUNNREMY I've merged your post with the master thread for this issue. Please see the first post on page one. Additionally, if OneDrive is running on this computer (whether you use it or not), try pausing syncing before making any changes—this might be the reason you couldn't move options.ini. You can see the option by right-clicking the cloud icon in the lower-right corner of the screen.

So on the 26th my game updated and I installed Get To Work, thought nothing of this just figured hey new expansion pack. However when I opened the game and the popup for Get To Work being installed came up something seemed... off. I went to my settings and turned on CC and Mods as they are a key factor in my game play. Restarted the game, but the popup for Get To Work came up again, and mods were still turned off. So I thought maybe I didn't push the button to turn them on, so I did just that, went back into settings and turned them on. This time I noticed that The sims delivery was having a problem with providing me an update. It keeps saying "Sims Delivery Error An unknown error has occurred code 00000008;00000000000000c8" I thought maybe uninstalling the game and reinstalling it would fix it, but i'm still having the same issue. I thought maybe a save had gone corrupt somehow so I tried to delete all my saves, but when the main menu restarted, it was acting like I never deleted them. I've come to notice the gallery wont open, my sims have fallen off the planet it seems like, the game is not responding to anything. I tried taking my mods and cc out of the game files completely, nothing. Tried to delete me saves from the game files, Nothing. I don't really know what to do. Can anyone help? Thanks in Advance!
