CTRL+Shigt+C not working

Has anyone had issues with pulling up the cheat bar at the top? I wanted to use bb.showhiddenobjects and I can't seem to get the white line to come up in order to type in cheat codes.

@susandye1 Changed to windowed fullscreen, and had the bar to start the cheats.
