Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All but Bowling Night Stuff, Spooky Stuff, Luxury Party Stuff, and Romantic Garden Stuff.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Take a sick animal in your active household to the Brindleton Bay Vet Clinic
What happens when the bug occurs? The vets will check in the pet, but will do anything other than attempt to diagnose the pet.
What do you expect to see? I expect to get my pet cured, but it never happens.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

have you tried repairing your game and new save for testing purposes to see if it also happens there ?

from the video it looks like your sim is constantly interacting with the pet. I've found that if your sim does this, it can sometimes cancel out any vet interactions with the pet.
maybe try turning autonomy off for the visit and avoid interacting with the pet while there.
