can you please describe your problem a bit closer, also since CC is user created, we can only provide limited support on them here.

each patch automatically disables Custom Content as mods and cc can get outdated with patches.
To turn them back on, go to your game options and under Other you'll find a check box to re-enable them.
Do make sure the mods/cc you are using is still compatible with the latest patch though.
