CC Working But Removed From InGame Sims After Lunar New Year Update

After the Lunar New Year Update, CC has been removed/does not show up on my in-Sims. My CC shows up in CAS, but it's as if it has been removed from my previously created Sims that are currently in the game. Any ideas or help?

This happens because you played the game with Mods and CC disabled and saved the game. You need to apply the CC they used again or choose non CC alternatives.

You might be able to load a savegame just prior to this.
