I used to play The Sims on my laptop but it's starting to wreck the battery so I switched to the family computer. I redownloaded the game and gave it a try and everything was okay. Before closing it, I enabled custom content and mods and saved the change. So I downloaded new mods and cc , put them in the mods folder but it never showed up in the game. I tried multiple times to put them 2 by 2 in the folder, to repare the game, I even tried to update it but nothing.

@x__gigisaleh__x Please move the Mods folder to the desktop, and delete options.ini, which is in the same Sims 4 folder. Launch the game, which will create a new options file; enable custom content and mods, then quit. Move one freshly downloaded mod to the new Mods folder, but nothing else, and see whether it appears in-game. And of course make sure the mod is unzipped.
With the new options.ini, you'll need to redo all your in-game settings as well.
