CAS not working after 6/10/20 update

Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.63.136.1010
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All stuff, expansion and game packs
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Mods are off, tried to open cas, game can't seem to load the create a story in CAS? Can't exit out of it to just make a sim.
What happens when the bug occurs? Unable to create a sim in CAS
What do you expect to see? the create a story option to load, and then I can select to use it or not.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. It changed after the most recent update.

Everytime I load up CAS it can't seem to progress past the create a story. I can hear the sims talk, but it won't load the character and I can't select anything.

Hi @CharStone 

Could you try if repairing the game works ?
1. Close the game
2. Right-Click on the game in Origin
3. Hit Repair game.
