CAS Story Mode Glitching
When trying to play the new story mode in Create a Sim, where my options and questions should be, it's just blank. I have tried to launch it without mods/CC and the same thing happened. Really not sure what I can do about this?

Product: The Sims 4
Platform:PC
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.53.115.1020
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? I have all the packs. The problem strated after installing Island Living.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? in create a sim
What happens when the bug occurs? there is no text displayed in the bubles and the sims are olny silhouettes
What do you expect to see? texts and sims where they're supposed to be! 
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. I got Island Living
