Settings: Speed stereo match enabled, Origin In Game enabled, Audio Defocus off, audio quality high, sound settings set to stereo.

Do you have any mods or CC (custom content)? Try taking that out.

I only have Custom Clothing, hair, eye colors, and accessories enabled, as I can't find the mod that would make traits and names disappear. I'll try repairing the game to see if that works.
