Butler issue

Butler issue, I can't hire a butler everytime I try to hire a butler it say ( that I need cancel sevice is person, but I do not have a butler at my house to cancel service with). I do not remember hiring a butler. But now that I want to hire one I can't. I really need help with this issue. I do not want to uninstall my game to fix the problem. Can some one please help me out here?
