Build mode glitch?

So, I've had the sims on my pc for a long time now and I never really have problems unless MCCC is out of date. I've tried taking it out, taking out all my cc etc, and still any time I go to buildmode and come back to live mode the bottom bar (the one that has pause, play, and your sims) disappears and doesn't come back. When this happens I can use all other features besides exiting out and I can't save my games. I have to force restart my pc. Idk what to do at this point.

nvm i fixed the problem. one of my mods was out of date but it didn't show up earlier.
