Build mode glitch

I'm having issues where I go into build mode on a lot the icons are either missing replaced as well as not working when I click on them and I can't even exit out of the game through the game options Or clicking X

@cuteadilla Have you tested this without mods installed ? A lot are outdated again with the patch
