Bugs with CAS in The Sims 4

Hi! My CAS in sims 4 has for awhile been kind wonky. And now when the new skintone update came out it got worse. When I press the skintone category it´s just blank. And the meny where you change age, voice etc. is wonky aswell. I tried repairing the game but origin just lagged and froze so I gave up. I can´t really remember a time where my game didn't have any bugs. I need help to fix this, does anyone have any tips? (Kroppar means body and ansikte means face)

@Milkdud0829  A repair might help here, that is if you can get it to go through.  Otherwise, try removing your Mods folder and deleting localthumbcache.package.  If it helps, you can add your mods back in batches, testing each time to see whether and when the problem comes back.  If you have a lot of mods, the 50/50 method is a quick way to sort through them.
