Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I don't know
What happens when the bug occurs? It blocks me from doing any other action
What do you expect to see? I expect to see the bug gone in order to perform other actions
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No

The Sleep command will not go away and it is preventing me from doing other actions. I clicked on the command and it did not go away.
