Bug in San Myshuno

Hey Guys
I have this huge bug, and I don't know what to do anymore..
When I go to the places in San Myshuno eg. for the Flea Market, der will be stalls at the tables, where you are supposed to sell stuff. I see tables in the trashcan, benches at the "cozy-corner"
When my sim gets invited to lets say Chez Llama, they will end up in a totally diffrent place like Planet Honey Pop 
I also have experienced that at Chez Llama (that I placed in San Myshuno) no worker shows up, so I can't get a table.. Today I experienced that the workers showed up, but the waiter didn't take my ordre and the chef didn't go to the kitchen..
I play on Mac - I have never had these problems before!
I hope some of you can help.. I got so far with my sim now, that I will be very sad if I need to start all over again.. Please let me know if you have any tricks or can help!
