I meant to buy the gold and instead bought the regular - I need the regular one refunded, please! I now own both versions by accident.

It sounds like you need to contact EA. Only they can handle account issues like lost registration codes, recovering passwords, purchasing/refunds, etc. Here is a link to contact them: https://help.ea.com/contact-us
