Bonus Content Redeem Code

I recently bought The Sims 3 World bundle. When I tried to input my code to redeem the bonus content I got a message saying it was already redeemed. I obviously didn't redeem it having just bought the game and I do not have the bonus content when I log into the game.

if the game was bought 2nd hand/used the code/s will be tied to the original persons account and are non transferable nor can they be reregistered to another account for ,newly bought games either from origin or from a shop/store even newly bought games can run into the used/invalid code issue and you may need to contact CS
