Blank moodlets after travel or planning outfits

Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.63.136.1210
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All but Spooky Stuff
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Have a Sim travel or use the mirror to change outfits.
What happens when the bug occurs? When the Sim travels or uses the mirror/dresser to plan outfits the moodlets turn into blue boxes. The only fix is to restart the game.
What do you expect to see? The moodlets should be visible when the Sim travels or returns to game play after planning outfits.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Yes
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. This started after installing Eco Living on the day it came out.

Hi @Tootsie1940 

looks like your using an incompatible mod. You need to makes sure your mods are always up-to-date with the current patch level or they can break your game

This is usually related to an outdated version of the UI Cheat extension mod.
