Blank Login Screen For The Sim3 Website

It used to work fine.  I can log in to the launcher, i can log in to the help site(here) but when io try to use the exchange it has me not logged in and when I click on the login link I get a popup that I assume is for entering info to login but its blank and I am unable to login.

@Teralitha Could you please try the following: 

1. Open Internet Explorer
2. Go to Tools - Internet options - Advanced
3. Select 'Reset' and check the box 'Delete personal Settings'
4. Restart IE

After this try the logging in again.

Its happening and still happens when I try to go to the exchange from th launcher.  I am able to log in to the exchange when I do a google search for sims3 exchange.  The launcher is opening up a different web address for the exchange and the login popup is blank.  Kinda surprising that after all these years its not happening to anyone else nor has been fixed.
