Black screen when clicking on Flats

Hi, I was building in one of the Culpepper House Flats in San Myshuno when all of a sudden, I had red screen of death. It then turned black and all I could see was the mouse.

I then restarted the game and now whenever I click on Culpepper House it comes up with a black square.. I've managed to move my sim out but still can't access these flats - please help me!!! ):

I've removed mods and pressed 'repair game' through origin, nothing seems to be working.

@jubeer10 Is it just in that particular save game ?

Sounds like something corrupted.

If it's just that save, try recovering a backup: https://sims4.crinrict.com/eng/2014/09/save-games/#wiederherstellen

@crinrict Yes, it was just that particular saved game but I have managed to sort it out now! I deleted a few saves from the save folder and restored an old save which fixed the problem.

Hey, I know this is really old but hopefully you reply. Anyway, how did you delete your saves and restore an old one? I'm having the exact same problem right now.
