Black Screen on launching game

I understand that this is a repetitive question, however after reading A LOT of them I can't seem to find anything to fix my black screen when trying to launch the game. I have updated drivers, cleared the caches, I do not have any mods and I have just newly re-installed the game and made sure there was no lingering folders. So please assist if you can.
***I don't know how to delete posts but I fixed it. I finally found a post that suggested how to change out of full screen mode. =-)
@SweetDesign4u are you using the razor chrome app ? If so, can you try turning it off while you play to see if that helps ?
