Being asked on dates to holiday locations

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? not sure
What happens when the bug occurs? My sims get asked to go on a date to Cantina "El Arbol del Jaguar" and can't get back home without going a vacation.
What do you expect to see? My sims gets asked to travel to Cantina "El Arbol del Jaguar" and after the event can't travel to their home lot
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Yes
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

@Soccawocca Hm, that was fixed a while ago. What does latest mean ? Can you check in your game at the bottom of the screen on the patch level ?

Did you also test without mods ?

I mean latest as the most recent patch and no I haven't tried it without mods.

It looks like it was caused by one of my mods thanks for pointing out that.

I had the opposite thing happen - my Sim and his daughter went on vacation to San Selvadorado and the child sent a happy text to one of the locals she just befriended. They went to one of the lots in Windenburg and then I got a notification that the daughter had been returned home and a nanny was watching her for the remainder of the vacation.
