Bathroom clutter kit not showing in build and buy

I purchased the bathroom clutter kit and it shows I own it on the EA app as well as on the main title screen in game.  When I open an old game or start a new game the kit isn't showing in the build and buy.

@TeressaFaye723  Are you playing on a pc? Are you using the EA app?

- click my collection

- click the Sims 4 icon

- click manage

- click manage add-ons

- on top tou should see the pack with a download btton

- click the download button

- in the lower left of the windows you should see the download progress

- when the download is complate and pack is installed close the manage add-ons window

- click play
