Barnacle Bay guy can't go to France

Sent a Sim from the Barnacle Bay world to Champs Les Sims (World Adventure) but he never arrived. I just got a view of the notice board outside the base camp and local Sims moving around. Time passed, but he never showed up.

Just some follow up - got him to China OK and he has completed his first adventure there.

Thank you, crinrict, for the link to some solutions. Tried sending him to France today, after a successful trip to China, and he made it there OK, so problem seems to have gone away by itself.
