Banned On Sims 4 Forum

Hey there! This goes out to anyone that can help find the person who's responsible for lifting suspensions on the sims 4 forum.......

I have been "banned" on there since Wednesday and was told that "in 24 hours" I'd be able to get back on as my original account--Bear31. However they have not lifted said suspension yet. I know that they are very busy and probably, most likely, forgot to allow my account access to the site.

What can be done to assure that I can get access to the site or alert them so they know they need to lift it?

I did do this, however one of the mods said that in 24 hours they'd lift the suspension on my account......however it has not happened yet. Granted I know they get busy, but what if they get busy and just forget? It happens all the time (or so it seems). Also, props to them for the hard work they do.....it's not easy......which is why I'd like to be able to talk with someone directly on it.
