Auto Aging

I know this is a silly question, im a newbie here, if i disabled aging in my game, will all the kids in town will remain as kids? is that the same with babies? how about with pregnant sims? thanks.

Pregnancy will advance even with aging of and the baby will be born but they stay at that age until you manually age them up.
