Aspiration: Outdoor Enthusiast -- not counting all plants identified

Although my sim James has identified and planted all 10 unidentified plants from Granite Falls, under his aspiration it only lists 5 plants as identified. When I click all 10 plants in his inventory it only gives me the option to Eat, Place or Plant. Also it lists the plants name. 

He has already planted all 10 herbs and the hermit has come to his house and fertilized some of them.

This has me stuck at level 3 Wilderness Explorer and not allowing me (my sim) to move to level 4 Outdoor Enthusiast and complete the aspiration. 

Why is that happening and what can I do to fix it?

I am having the exact same issue saadly over 2 years later and still not fixed.

If you have any issues with Sims 4 please make a new topic about the issues you are having and what kind of steps you have tried to solve them.
