Are the Sims 4 Premium Edition and the Digital Deluxe both limited edition?

The Premium edition has a creator's guide book that comes along with it but dosen't have Origin exclusive content. Other than that the two are the same. If you go to google search you can look for a chart that describes what all of the various editions include.
