Did you post your specs yet ? The Sims has minimum requirements and if you don't fulfill those, then there's nothing anyone can do. You could just adopt the dogs if everything else is working though.

Okay so I used this program called driver easy which scans all you’re drivers and sees if the any drivers need to be updated so I did all that and update even my graphics card to the 2017 update. But still not able to create a large dog. Oh well I’ll just adopt a big dog 🐕. But my loading screens did get faster by 45 seconds so that’s good.

do you have one of the processor/cards that are known to cause this issue ? It's a bit hard to help without your specs. If you do have the same computer specs as other people in this thread, than I would try get a refund for the pack through support or just adopt them.

Unfortunately your computer is also below minim requirements for the game.

You can either buy a new computer if you have the means or try get a refund from customer support or Cats & Dogs

For how long did you play C&D ? Did you have big dogs before ?
