Anyone else having this (main screen issue)

Hi everyone,

Just a quick question (an issue that's not dealbreaking though, more so curious).

When I start up my game, it's loading the main screen where you can select your save, etc. 

This, however, takes a while, after which the plumbob appears spinning around very fast. As if it's regaining the lost 'time'. 

Does anyone else have this?

@JeanVW  Yes, I've seen this recently, probably most if not all the time.  I just ignore it, and my game seems to run normally.
