Always Warm and Partly Cloudy - No Mods - Clearing Cache Not Helping

Hello,

I purchased seasons when it was on sale and it does not appear to be working properly. The weather is always warm and party cloudy regardless of the season. 

- I do not have mods installed. I have never installed any mods at all. 

- I created new sims and a new save and it did not make a difference. 

- I have cycled through all seasons twice so waiting for the next season won't help. 

- I cleared the Origin cache according to the following directions: https://help.ea.com/en/help/faq/clear-cache-to-fix-problems-with-your-games/

- I rebooted the computer

Nothing has helped. 

What do I do now?

Did you try all the housing estates? In Oasis, it will almost always be like this because it's a warm area.
Buy a machine to change the weather - it should be available in "Devices" and check if it will work. Change weather to storm or snow. This can unlock this option if repair of the game doesn't work.
