Already have account, asking to be activated again

I already have an origins account and I've downloaded sims 4. I stopped playing it for a while, but wanted to play again and came back to it. However when I logged in, it asked me to enter an ID. I have two possible id's, starsteemer or

kalo-kalypso. It said that these were already taken. So I kept trying IDs until it accepted one, starsteemer 2. It then asked me to activate my game, but it was already activated. I put in the code and it told me this code has already been used. I checked my origins account, and the sims 4 game wasnt there. Im so upset and don't know what to do, please please please help

@starsteemer2 You need to log in to the Origin account you used to activated the game. Once the game is activated the code is locked to that account. If you forgot your account information you will need to contact EA customer service - link - EA customer service
