Alluring aura not showing on vampire with speed and bat powers

Hm. Mine has it. He has both bat and run. Tried in both forms
It's always there
Can you try moving the Sim out and back ?
How much lore does he have ? Anything else different to the Sim where it works ?
Was the Sim converted/game made/CAS made ?
