All of these "fixes" have not fixed my game [ Edited ]

Try this:

right click on game

game properties

type in:     -w    (in the command prompt)

Hit ok and start the game try to skip though the videos, working for me

ALSO:

go to your sims 4 folder in 

computer>program files x86>origin games> sims 4>  game> bin    

right click on ts4  > properties> compatibility> set for windows 7 compatibility mode

I just tried both your tips and they don't work for me somehow.

I am gonna try them again, maybe I am doing something wrong. >____<

If you are on windows 7 just run the game as admin still in compatibility mode if you can ( make sure you still have origin disabled still)

Im looking into this give me a few moments. Its hard to get a good idea when Its not happening on my end.

Please try this for me:

Create a new admin user on your PC. 

name it admin if you would like, launch it though there - let me know if that works.

Also having this problem, it just stuck on the sims 4 logo with the music on.
