All of my games disappeared...

I have changed my password and now when I try to open my sims 4 it tells me that I need to redeem the code again but it won't let me as iv'e already used the code once and now it will not let me get back the game. HELP

If the game is no longer shows up on your Origin client, please try the following things

• Restart Origin
• Log out and back in and use the email address instead of the user name. Make sure to use the one you used to register the game in the first place
• Reinstall Origin
• Restart your router/modem,
• Get in touch with a game advisor.
