All my sims 4 games have gone! please help

so i recently asked EA to delete sim 4 cats and dog because i didn't like it and it kept re downloading on its own and now all of my sims 4 games have gone. all i want to know is will they put the one i never asked them to take off my account back on my account? i had quite a few expansion packs. some of the keys have gone and the ones i do try say they have all ready been redeemed
