All my exchange data is GONE

EVERYTHING is gone on my page. YEARS of studio work, my packs, everything... I have lost years of effort on the sims 3 exchange and it was perfectly fine just a few months ago.. I don't understand what happened someone help please.

@NightmaresCry  Did you change any of your account details recently, e.g. the name or email address of your Origin account?  What's the name on your Exchange account?  And when you say your packs are gone, do you mean that they're not showing as owned on your Store page, or something else?
