All games have disappeared [ Edited ]

When I opened the Sims 3 launcher, it asked me if I would like a content pack or something like that.. I clicked yes because I thought it was a basic update. Then when I went to play all my previous games are gone with all the custom content I downloaded please help.

@0fficialkatie firstly, please do not post in CAPS - it's considered rude and many people will not help you if they see a post only in CAPS. I understand you're desperate for help, but keep it mind that it's not going to help you to write in CAPS. 

In terms of your issue, do you mean your saves have disappeared?
