Okay I am so confused but after the update a save that I had spent 72 hours straight building on has just. Disappeared. There's a 7-day gap within my save files when I know I save, 100% because I save every couple of hours. I can't find it in the cloud, either. I'm on windows. Can anyone help?

@hwm8qkyanoes First, find the full file path of the user folder Sims 4 is reading through this in-game method:
https://sims4.crinrict.com/eng/2018/07/how-to-find-your-user-folder/
Next, please check both of these locations for Sims 4 data:
C:\Users\your username\Documents\Electronic Arts
C:\Users\your username\OneDrive\Documents\Electronic Arts
To make sure you're in the correct folder, open a File Explorer window, click This PC in the left panel, double-click the C drive, and open Users > your username etc.
If you find your missing save in one of these locations and the game is reading the other, just move it over. You can tell the save files apart by their modified dates.
