After Get Together download and new update, testingcheatsenabled doesn't work [ Edited ]

I just downloaded Get Together for the first time, and also updated my game at the same time. Since doing this when I type "testingcheatsenabled true" into the cheat log I am still unable to disable needs decay or fill a Sims needs.

It is just testingcheats true.
