Activation code already activated

Hello i am having a current issue to where if i go to play the game it tells me to activate it when i already have done it and i have went in my library to find and but it's no where to be found

  is there anyway that this can be fixed?

You likely logged in to the wrong account. Log in to the account that you have the Sims 4 on and you will find it in your game library.
