Account in the wrong country

★ Newbie

Hello,

I´ve got the following problem: I am German and suddenly - from one day to the other -  the Sims 3 dayly deal was in English instead of German (the game´s language remained German). No problem, I thought, but when I tried to buy some new Sim points I realized that I had to pay for them in US$ and my PayPal account showed the United States for my home country, and that is not true! I don´t know what went wrong and why my account suddenly appears to be in America, as I live in Germany and so I am only able to pay in Euro. I would be glad if you could help me to get back to Europe again. Thanks a lot in advance.

Best regards

Martina L.

You need to change your language back. Sometimes when you click on a creation from another country, it changes the language for you.

To do that scroll all the way down on the home page until you see Select Language. Click on it and choose Deutsch - Deutschland.

That should get you back. If it doesn't, choose something entirly different (like spanish or french) and then choose Deutsch from there.
